Vaccinations Availability
All Illinois residents over the
age of 5 are eligible to receive their
COVID-19 vaccine. It is FDA approved.

Students and tutors once gathered
in the Sisters of St. Joseph's
"School on Wheels" bus. Today, they
work together at one of the
TEACH locations in Cook,
DuPage, and Will counties.
Learning English isn’t the only
goal of our TEACH students.
They also have goals of becoming
American citizens which are
attained with the help and
encouragement of their tutors.
A tutor encourages his student
to identify the continents on
the globe. English is the only
language spoken during tutoring
sessions.
Workbooks and worksheets are
used to help students learn the
English language. Some exercises
require students to create stories
from pictures.
Reaching out to the community,
TEACH offers classes to companies
and their employees. These classes
are offered after-hours at
an employee’s workplace and
at 17 local facilities.

TEACH's mission is to empower immigrants through education.
